TASTING NOTES
Vineyard Location: The Lake House Denmark’s estate vineyard in Denmark, Great Southern.
Appearance: A brilliant fresh pale straw colour with green tinges.
Aroma: A lively rich nose displaying tropical passionfruit balanced by more perfumed, floral notes.
Palate: An elegant combination of lemon and lime with a softer mid-palate of red apple and hints of pear leading to a crisp balanced finish of vibrant citrus acidity.
Variety: Semillon (58%), Sauvignon Blanc (42%)
Maturation: 3 months on French oak Barriques
Alcohol: 12.5% Vol
