TASTING NOTES
Vineyard Location: The Lake House Denmark’s estate vineyard in Denmark, Great Southern.
Appearance: A pale straw colour with youthful green tinges.
Aroma: Lifted aromas of passionfruit and gooseberry are supported by typical cool climate notes of flint and spice.
Palate:Â A crisp, seamless palate displaying citrus and pineapple with a spicy mandarin mid-palate leading to a long fine finish of crisp grapefruit acidity.
Variety: 100% Sauvignon BlancÂ
Maturation: Unwooded
Alcohol: 13.0% Vol
