TASTING NOTES
Vineyard Location: The Lake House Denmark’s estate vineyard in Denmark, Great Southern.
Appearance: A pale straw colour with youthful green tinges.
Aroma: Vibrant and lifted, this cool climate blend displays pea hay, asparagus and white peach aromas on the fore, with secondary notes of cut grass and melons.
Palate:Â Initial fine grassy notes lead to a mid-palate of grapefruit and quince with hints of passionfruit leading to a long crisp finish of lemon and lime.
Variety: Semillon (60%), Sauvignon Blanc (40%)
Maturation: Unwooded
Alcohol: 12.0% Vol
