Vineyard Location: Single vineyard in Mount Barker, Great Southern
Appearance: A brilliant fresh pale straw colour with green tinges.
Aroma: Perfumed apple blossom with hints of more tropical passionfruit.
Palate: A seamless pure palate, with initial flavours of red apple and green citrus leading to a mid-palate with hints of mandarin supported by a classic backbone of limey acidity.
Variety: 100% Riesling
Maturation: Unwooded
Alcohol: 12.0% Vol
