TASTING NOTES
Vineyard Location: The Lake House Denmark’s estate vineyard in Denmark, Great Southern and premium vineyard in Pemberton, WA.
Appearance: A brilliant light straw colour with youthful green tinges.
Aroma: Stone fruits and apple blossom dominate the nose with hints of grapefruit and subtle spice.
Palate:Â A light to medium bodied palate with initial flavours of citrus and nectarine leading into a rounded mid-palate of peach and melons. A refreshing backbone of grapefruit acidity supports a long crisp finish.
Variety: 100% Chardonnay (70% Denmark/30% Pemberton)
Maturation: Unwooded
Alcohol: 13.0% Vol
Contains sulphites
