TASTING NOTES
Vineyard Location: Selected premium vineyards are in Frankland River and Denmark, Western Australia.
Appearance: A brilliant light straw colour with youthful green tinges.
Aroma: An inviting nose combining stone fruits and citrus with hints of toasty, savoury barrel ferment characters.
Palate: A soft palate with citrus and peaches leading to a creamier mid-palate of melon, vanilla and roasted nuts with a lingering crisp finish of grapefruit with subtle hints of spicy French oak.
Variety: 100% Chardonnay
Maturation: 9 months on French oak barriques.
Alcohol: 13.5% Vol
