2012 Premium Reserve Chardonnay

TASTING NOTES

Vineyard Location: The Lake House Denmark’s estate vineyard in Denmark, Great Southern.

Appearance: Brilliant light straw with youthful green tinges.

Aroma: A complex nose combining ripe nectarines and peach with hints of citrus blossom and savoury cashew nut barrel ferment characters.

Palate: A full bodied palate with stone fruits and honeydew melon leading to a creamy, complex mid-palate of vanilla and roasted nuts. A lingering crisp finish revealing grapefruit and spicy French oak.

Variety: 100% Chardonnay

Maturation: 12 months on French oak barriques.

Alcohol: 13.0% Vol
