TASTING NOTES
Vineyard Location:Â Selected vineyards within Frankland River, Great Southern.
Appearance:Â Deep red with youthful violet hues.
Aroma:Â A rich, complex nose of mulberry, pepper and spicy vanillin oak with lifted floral notes.
Palate:Â An impressive ripe combination of blackberry and plums with a spicy aniseed and black cherry mid-palate, leading to a long finish of mocha and fine tannins.
Variety:Â 100% Shiraz
Maturation: 18 months in French and American oak barriques.
Alcohol:Â 14.5% Vol
Contains sulphites. Fined with egg whites. Traces may remain.
