TASTING NOTES
Vineyard Location: Mount Barker, Western Australia.
Appearance: A brilliant, pale salmon pink.
Aroma: A vibrant, perfumed nose of strawberries and cherry with spicy, savoury French oak.
Palate: Balanced and textured, of cherry and raspberry complemented by a dry, rounded mid palate with hints of spicy French oak leading to a crisp, long citrus finish.
Variety: 100% Shiraz
Alcohol: 13.5% Vol
