TASTING NOTES

Vineyard Location: The Lake House Denmark’s estate vineyard in Denmark, Great Southern.

Appearance: Bright crimson with a youthful purple hue.

Aroma: An aromatic bouquet of cherry with hints of complexity; there is spice, mushroom and forest floor with a toasty vanillin French oak lift.

Palate: This wine displays impressive fruit concentration, revealing ripe red fruits and a silky soft mid-palate of strawberries, mocha and toasty oak. A beautifully balanced Pinot Noir with a long and finely textured finish.

Variety: 100% Pinot Noir 

Maturation: 18 months in French oak barriques.

Alcohol: 13.5% Vol

Contains sulphites
