TASTING NOTES
Vineyard Location:Â Selected vineyards within Frankland River and Mount Barker, Great Southern.
Appearance: Deep red with youthful violet hues.
Aroma: A rich, complex nose of mulberry, plums and spicy vanillin oak with lifted floral notes.
Palate:Â An impressive ripe combination of black cherry and plums with a soft chocolatey mid-palate, leading to a long finish of well integrated oak and fine tannins.
Variety: 100% Merlot
Maturation: 18 months in French oak barriques.
Alcohol: 14.5% Vol
Contains sulphites. Fined with egg whites. Traces may remain.
