TASTING NOTES
Vineyard Location:Â Selected vineyards within Frankland River, Great Southern.
Appearance:Â Deep red with youthful purple hues.
Aroma:Â Blackcurrant, spice and tobacco with leafy hints of mint.
Palate:Â Â Briary red and dark fruits with a complex mid-palate of spice, chocolate and velvety tannins leading to a long toasty coffee bean finish.Â
Variety:Â 100% Cabernet Sauvignon
Maturation: 18 months in French oak barriques.
Alcohol:Â 14.5% Vol
Contains sulphites. Fined with egg whites. Traces may remain.
