TASTING NOTES

Vineyard Location: Single vineyard in Frankland River, Great Southern.

Appearance: Dense inky red with a youthful purple hue.

Aroma: The nose reveals juicy blackcurrant, cake spice and tobacco hints of fresh mint.

Palate: Briary red and dark fruits with dark chocolate on the mid-palate. Velvety tannins lead to a long, toasty coffee bean finish supported by fine grain French oak. A beautifully structured and complex Frankland River Cabernet Sauvignon.

Variety: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon

Maturation: 24 months in French oak barriques

Alcohol: 14.0% Vol
