A cheeseboard is not the same without some of our Merlot Wine Jelly it simply takes cheese to the next level. Just spoon out of the jar and serve with cheese or melt down and re-mould to create your own shape for your platter. We love it so much we have even added it to our Rocky Road or for a decadent dessert add as a layer in a chocolate tart.
Ingredients: Red wine, sugar, pectin (vegetable based), lemon juice.
