2020 He Said She Said Shiraz Cabernet Fundraiser Wine

TASTING NOTES

Vineyard Location:  Selected vineyards in Frankland River and Mount Barker, Great Southern.

Appearance:  Deep crimson red with youthful purple hues.

Aroma:  Mulberry, spice and liquorice with hints of violet.

Palate:   Briary red and dark fruits with a complex mid-palate of plum, black pepper and aniseed and a long toasty coffee bean finish.

Variety:  Shiraz (65%), Cabernet Sauvignon (35%)

Maturation:  15 months on oak

Alcohol:  14.5% Vol

Contains sulphites. Fined with egg whites. Traces may remain.
