TASTING NOTES
Vineyard Location:Â Selected vineyards in Frankland River and Mount Barker, Great Southern.
Appearance:Â Deep red with youthful purple hues.
Aroma:Â Tobacco leaf notes are balanced by ripe black currant, spices and toasty French oak.
Palate:Â Â A rich combination of blackberry, plum and mocha flavours. The mid-palate is soft and rounded with velvety tannins and spicy oak leading to a long and vibrant redcurrant finish.
Variety:Â Cabernet Sauvignon (60%), Merlot (40%)
Maturation:Â 15 months on oak
Alcohol:Â 14.5% Vol
Contains sulphites. Fined with egg whites. Traces may remain.
