Olive tapenade is so simple to make and so much better than the shop-bought variety. The orange zest in our Vinofood Marinated Kalamata Olives gives it such a unique flavour. Great addition to a cheese board, or serve with toasted pita bread and roast veggies.
Marinated Olive Tapenande
- 280 gm Vinofood Marinated Kalamata Olives
- 5 each Anchovy fillets
- 1 tbsp Capers
- 3 each Garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp Oil from olives

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.

Add more oil if mix is too dry to form a spreadable, dip like consistency.
