Using our Vinofood Chardonnay Chilli Salsa makes this super easy and super delicious for lovers of chilli mussels. Serve with fresh crusty bread. Add more fresh chilli if you like it hot!
Chardonnay Chilli Mussels
- 1 kg Fresh mussels (without beards)
- 150 ml Dry white wine
- 360 gm Vinofood Chardonnay Chilli Salsa
- 4-6 each Spring onions
- 1 cup Fresh coriander
- 2 each Lemons

Clean mussels and remove the beards.

Chop the spring onion and coriander and set aside.

Heat a large pot or wok. When hot add the mussels and white wine and place a lid on top. The lid will create steam to open the mussels.

Once the mussels start to open toss through the spring onions and coriander and pour in the Chardonnay Chilli Salsa and heat through.

Serve immediately with a wedge of fresh lemon and fresh crusty bread to dip into the delcious sauce.
