Vineyard Location: Single vineyard in Porongurup, Great Southern
Appearance: A brilliant fresh pale straw colour with green tinges.
Aroma:Intense lemons and limes with hints of blossom.
Palate: A seamless pure palate, with initial flavours of limes and grapefruit leading to a mid-palate with hints of more generous passionfruit supported by a classic steely backbone of slatey acidity.
Variety: 100% Riesling
Maturation: Unwooded
Alcohol: 12.0% Vol
